1. What are the requirements for purchasing a package?
Actually, what we all need from you is a feasible location. If you have none, we suggest you take the bike cart so you won’t have any problems with the location. Just fill out an application form upon meeting, sign the business agreement, pay the down payment, then expect your package 7 to 30 days depending on the package.
2. Do you offer Location assistance?
If you reside in Cavite or Manila areas, we can for a fee. Usually we charge P2000 for the location assistance. But if outside the said areas, we are sorry to say we can’t as of now. But hopefully, we can in the future J
3. Do you have other fees aside from the package amount?
None, except for the 10% delivery charge. After that, none at all. We don’t get a share in your earnings. Remember, you are the boss.
4. Is this business feasible?
Definitely. Bentelog is not a seasonal product, it’s part of the everyday lives of Filipinos. As rice is our main food, the demand will never go down as long as we maintain the affordability of our products.
5. Can we purchase even if we are from (insert your location here)?
Yes. As long as there is a way to deliver to you, we will do our best to assist you.
6. Are you a franchising business?
No. But we are offering starter business packages that is suitable and can be afforded by every Juan.
7. Can we change our store name?
YES, this is one of the advantages of being a negosyo package availer, as we call it. You are free to personalize your store, we will just put a small logo on your marketing collaterals that serves as proof that you purchased your package from us.
8. What if we ran out of supplies? How will the replenishment go?
You have the options: you can order directly from us; we can redirect you to the nearest supplier possible in your area (if they have an outlet); and you can also find a supplier that you think is cheaper and more approved in your costing. For the other viands, we have easy recipes that will mark the trademark of our Bentelog. In the near future, we will be glad to deliver to you our homemade processed foods. But as of now, we haven’t started that yet. We are into the hands of our good and trusted suppliers.
9. What if there are some people who mimicked our business in our area?
The good news here is this: the concept of BENTELOG is already patented under our name. Meaning if someone put up a business with the same concept and didn’t have any connection with LBX and ISL, their registration are bound to be revoked. Worse is that they may be sued, or they will be charged for damages and forgery.
10.Are you the ones featured in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho last January 13, 2013?
Yes. All our staff as of today appeared in the segment, “Franchising for Every Juan”. Joyce Laud is a franchisee also, the first in our list of Bentelog clients. But since her store is under renovation, she offered her help to assist us in managing clients. J and also serve as proof that we are the company behind LBX or bentelog.
11. What is the difference of Tabletop and Cart package?
The difference is their height. Tabletop can be understood as a half-cart, meant to be place atop a table; hence the name. Meaning its dimensions are as follows: Height – 3ft, Length – 3ft, and Width – 2ft. Tabletop is more convenient for clients who does not only plan to sell in a particular area but also wanted to add other sources of income such as hosting events and parties, letting their cart be rented as well. The full cart has 6ft in height, meaning it has the compartments down below, and caster wheels.
12. Are you open for dealership of carts?
Why not? For P300,000, you can get 10 cartless packages, 5 tabletop packages, 5 full cart packages and 3 bike cart packages with a total of 23 packages in all. The good news here is that you can mark up with our packages. For example, you can sell our P10,000 cartless package for P12,000 to P15,000. Aside from that you are not limited to one concept alone, it can be assorted depending on your decision. Plus you get incentives from us J another good thing is that the ones who will avail from you may be binded into an agreement that they are required to purchase stocks from you alone. So business will be steady. J
13. What is the Loading Business Activation?
The activation depends on the availability, but we will not give you another sim card, rather we will have your currently used sim card to be activated, so that it can load to all networks, even online games and cable subscriptions.
14. Do you offer 2-in-1, 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 concepts?
Yes, we do. 2-in-1 concepts are as they are called—one cart offers two concepts of your choice already—it can be bentelog and ice scramble, pica-pica and buko shake—you make the combination, we give you the package. That principle also applies to the 3-in-1, and 4-in-1.
15. Do you have other offices aside from Imus?
As of now, we only have one office and that is in Imus. As you know, we are still students and we are low on manpower. We can’t afford to venture another office in other areas yet. We will come to that when we can already afford it. For the meantime if you are not familiar with our place, we can set a meet up halfway especially when you are very much decided to avail a package.
16. Can we request that you will not accept any more clients within our area if we already avail?
We can’t promise to that, for we are still young in the industry. But we believe that having a competitor within the area will not result in market cannibalism, rather it will boost healthy competition. It plays a great role in the survival of the business. Furthermore we won’t let the same concept in the same exact area as your privilege from us.
17. Do you offer free delivery?
As of now, not yet. We are still in the process of obtaining our very first vehicle. YAY! Because of that, we are forced to rent a jeep in order for the deliveries to be rendered on time. That’s why we charge 10% of the package amount as the delivery charge, unless you pick up your package here in Imus.
18. What are Marketing Collaterals?
These are flyers, and balloons for your opening.
19. What is our assurance that you will deliver our package?
Aside from our legalities, (DTI, BRGY PERMIT), you can check our website for the other proofs of deliveries. Aside from that, you can check our Sulit account, it already has feedbacks from other sellers, meaning, we are the real deal J
20. What if we availed a cartless package already but wants to order another package again, do we have a discount?
Yes, you get 5% discount :)
21. How about if we referred a friend who also wants to avail? Do we get incentives?
Definitely. Especially if they availed. You will get 5% commission, or the equivalent inventory for the commission.
22. I have heard you are low on manpower. Are you open for hiring?
Well, as of now we only entertain friends and relatives who wanted to do part time franchise consultants. It is very hard to maintain the secrecy of the company’s processes; as you may know, the best asset of our company is the knowledge of running the business itself. Hope you understand that we are still new to this, and we are working things out. In the future I think we can accommodate you, especially when we have multiple offices already.
23. How many branches of Bentelog do you have already?
As of now, our branch here in Bucandala has already opened; while the number of clients who availed already since the feature is 57, locations ranging from Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Iloilo, Isabela, Roxas City, Ilocos, Naga City, Bataan, Pangasinan and Metro Manila.
If you put up the deliveries we finished already, we can safely assume that we already have 38 branches all over Luzon and Visayas.
25. How did you know this business?
Actually, there is already a bentelog in Sampaloc area. The only difference is, that bentelog is carinderia type, while the one we offer is more sosy type, because it has a cart, plus the way of presentation is much more convenient especially for on-the-go commuters. Another thing is that the concept has been a topic of a thesis in our school—Arellano University (I, the proprietor, am still a student there taking up Marketing). The business was proved feasible, so I posted it up in Sulit. But unfortunately, no one noticed our ads until… a researcher of KMJS found us.
26. Where are the possible locations to put up this kind of business?
Near schools—preferably universities, terminals, markets, and office areas are the feasible locations for this business. It is not recommended to put this up in malls, because of the high rental fees and the price of our bentelog is not suited for the expenses if this is put up inside malls. But we can consider putting is outside malls, near their terminals.
